Alice Deejay: Who Needs Guitars Anyway CD Track Listing
Alice Deejay
Who Needs Guitars Anyway (1999)
Alice Deejay's first album " Who Needs Guitars Anyway? " is a compilation of new fast-paced club-DJ esque dance hits. It was put together by a band of Dutch DJ's who produced one hit wonders such as " Back In My Life ", and " Better Off Alone ". Although there are many techno raves out now, Deejay is unique because of the imaginitave lyrics, which are rarely included in dance hits. They also surprise the listener with strange montages, such as a piano solo in the selection " Who Needs Guitars Anyway", the album title. It also includes another song self-titled " Alice Deejay ", which isn't a first, but it adds to the compilation. Notice I'm saying 'compilation'; that's the best way to describe it because it's used in so many dance clubs. I also know dance hits can't generally apply to everyone-the sounds are very electronically oriented. For those who do dance fast will almost indefinitely like this. I recommend songs 1-6 and 12. #$ YEAR: 1999 ID3G: 124
