Lincoln Mystery Plays
Bergamasca is a group of musicians sharing an interest in Middle Ages music, and Renaissance, which coincides well with the period over which the Mystery Plays were first being performed in Lincoln. Since 1978 the plays have been presented in or around Lincoln Cathedral, at intervals of three or four years, with actors and supporting crew drawn from Lincoln-based people - - amateurs and professionals.
